Key Responsibilities
  • Master Data Management: Coordinate the processes involved in maintaining, supporting, enhancing, and deactivating SAP Material Master data in accordance with established governance rules.
  • Data Integrity: Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of SAP Material Master data.
  • Process Improvement: Provide training and guidance on Material Master processes, emphasizing the impact of this data across various SAP functions.
  • Material Code Management: Generate material codes and assign corresponding UPC codes based on global standards.
  • Change Management: Regularly communicate with diverse teams to manage changes in Material Master data.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Periodically extract and review SAP data to ensure its accuracy and integrity.
  • Process Optimization: Offer guidance on new requirements for various goods and troubleshoot related issues.
  • System Knowledge: Stay informed about SAP, Manufacturing, Finance, and Distribution systems, and understand their interaction with Material Master data.
  • Team Support: Serve as a backup for other master data functions as required.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in roles such as SAP Master Data Coordinator, Analyst, or Specialist.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in SAP S4/Hana is essential.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Winshuttle, SharePoint, IPS, and ServiceNow.
  • A strong understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) structure.
  • Experience working within Enterprise SAP environments, collaborating with both onsite and remote teams.
  • Familiarity with global supply chain and data governance standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and assist in various projects.
