Job Title: Retail Department Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Department Coordinator to join our team at Marshalls. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the front-of-store operations, ensuring prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Lead by example, engaging with customers and maintaining a clean and organized store.
  • Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and customer service.
  • Assign registers, support POS coverage, and coordinate breaks for Associates.
  • Address customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Communicate effectively with management and Associates, prioritizing tasks and providing progress updates.
Requirements:
  • Available to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong understanding of merchandising techniques and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Able to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Team player with strong leadership skills and ability to train others.
Benefits:

Marshalls offers a competitive compensation package, including a starting pay range of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour. We also provide a range of benefits, including Associate discounts, EAP, and 401(k) matching. Eligible Associates may also receive medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as paid parental leave and holidays.
