Job Title: Help Desk Support Specialist II

Join Athena Technology Group, Inc. (ATG) as a Help Desk Support Specialist II and contribute to the success of our team. As a key member of our Digital Industrial Operations (DIO) team, you will provide technical support to our customers, ensuring the smooth operation of our information systems.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Support Specialist II to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and resolving basic computer, application, system, device, access, or performance issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
  • Resolve basic computer, application, system, device, access, or performance issues
  • Utilize product information or solution database to research and deliver solutions
  • Advises users on methods, steps, and actions to resolve and avoid future issues
  • Documents incidents using help desk systems or tools
  • Escalates problems to appropriate levels or teams to achieve issue resolution
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Experience with IT and Cybersecurity
Working Conditions:

This position is located in a normal office environment and requires sitting, standing, near acuity, speaking with colleagues and customers, listening, sight, and use of hands/fingers.
