About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Site Design Engineer to join our Princeton area office.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in site design and land development, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in this field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop site plans for various projects, including drainage, SWM, grading, utilities, sewers, roadways, and parking lots.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements, providing excellent client interaction skills.
  • Mentor junior staff members to ensure knowledge sharing and career growth within the company.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and skilled engineer to work with a national land development firm and contribute to the success of our Princeton area office.

Requirements
  • Civil Engineering degree with a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and proficiency in municipal zoning and codes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have a diverse project experience and be able to demonstrate their skills and qualifications through their portfolio.
