Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Site Design Engineer to join our Princeton office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing site plans for various projects.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned engineer with a strong background in civil site design and land development. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop site plans for commercial and residential projects
  • Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements and specifications
  • Develop detailed drawings and reports using AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Analyze and interpret zoning regulations and municipal codes
  • Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on complex projects
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in site design and land development
  • A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
