Customer Service Representative

At Safariland, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and accurate support for all their requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for all customer requests received through various channels
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Meet all assigned responsibilities and goals, including volume of calls answered and emails responded to
  • Coordinate on-time delivery of products and services
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, peers, and managers
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Minimum of three (3) years of Customer Service experience
  • Intermediate understanding of telephony concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment
