Job Summary

  • Responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Scheduling appointments and procedures, managing patient records, and verifying insurance information.
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient financial transactions, collecting and processing payments from patients.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple patients and situations simultaneously.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
