Head of Business Development for Electric Vehicle Charging

General Motors is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Electric Vehicle Charging Business Development efforts. As the Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our electric vehicle charging infrastructure, developing strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the electric vehicle charging market
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, suppliers, and government agencies
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and strategies
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory policies to inform business decisions
- 10+ years of experience in the electric vehicle charging industry, with a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory policies
- Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability in the electric vehicle charging market
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong understanding of electric vehicle charging technology and infrastructure
- Experience with business development, marketing, and sales
