Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at Relco. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the completion of assigned projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management
    • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
    • Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
    • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Site Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day activities of construction personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including timesheets, expense reports, and material documentation.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that all construction work meets Relco's quality standards, governmental regulations, and contractual requirements.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any quality issues or concerns.
    • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistent high-quality work.
  • Customer Relations
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
    • Communicate effectively with customers, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate construction personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of construction personnel.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • 1 year of experience working in a similar capacity.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations.
