We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR leader to join our team as Vice President of People. This is a unique opportunity to drive business growth and success by developing and implementing talent strategies that align with our company's vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational performance
  • Lead and manage a team of HR Business Partners and functional leads to deliver HR services and initiatives
  • Partner with senior leaders to advise on talent management, performance management, and employee development
  • Design and implement HR programs and policies that promote a positive and inclusive work culture
  • Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization
Requirements
  • 10+ years of senior HR experience with a proven track record of driving business results
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience with a strong focus on talent management and development
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to inform HR decisions
  • Experience with HR systems and technology, including HRIS and performance management tools
