We are currently seeking a Sales Representative for Territory Management to join our team, focusing on the Salina, KS area and extending into neighboring regions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with clients to identify their business needs and recommending tailored products and solutions.
- Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships while also pursuing new accounts to enhance market presence.
- Staying informed about industry trends, customer preferences, Patterson's product offerings, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Working alongside sales support teams to drive growth within the territory.
- Understanding and adhering to financial policies and practices related to accounts receivable.
- Ensuring precision in customer orders and maintaining comprehensive records of customer interactions and potential sales opportunities.
This role includes the responsibility of delivering a portion of customer orders. A detailed job description and list of responsibilities will be provided upon application.
Qualifications:
- An Associate degree in Business or Animal Health, along with three years of relevant experience in the animal health or agriculture sectors, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to analyze financial data.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds and maintain an acceptable driving record.
- A company vehicle will be provided.
