Job Summary:

As a Security Officer at Lawrence General Hospital, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our patients, employees, physicians, visitors, and property. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular patrols of the hospital premises to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
  • Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to detect and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Collaborate with hospital staff to develop and implement security protocols and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and employees.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in security or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform duties in a fast-paced environment.
