About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join our team at a critical access hospital in Taos, New Mexico. This is a full-time opportunity with a rewarding work-life balance.

Job Description
  • Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care, including clinic days, delivery coverage, and surgical cases.
  • Work in a 25-bed critical access hospital with a talented team of healthcare professionals.
  • Enjoy a relaxed pace with a manageable call schedule (10 days per month).
Requirements
  • Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN.
  • Able to obtain a New Mexico state medical license.
  • Desire to utilize robotic surgery a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a highly competitive salary package, including:

  • A base salary of $325,000 per year.
  • A sign-on bonus of $40,000.
  • Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Generous CME allowance and paid time off.
  • Student loan repayment program (up to $50,000 over 5 years).
  • Visa sponsorship available (J1/H1B).
