**Job Title: Registered Nurse (Home Health) - Taos, NM Full Time Perm

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with flexibility based on patient needs. We offer a competitive salary for this position.

We are hiring experienced Registered Nurses for Home Health and Hospice roles in Taos, New Mexico. Candidates should have 1-2 years of relevant experience and be proficient in Kinsser/WellSky.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients in their homes, ensuring individualized care plans are developed and implemented.
  • Administer skilled nursing care to patients requiring various medical treatments and interventions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and manage patient care effectively.
  • Utilize Kinsser/WellSky for documentation and communication to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.
  • Provide support to patients ranging from middle age to geriatric, adapting care plans to meet their unique needs.

**Qualifications:**

  • RN license and CPR certification
  • 1-2 years of Home Health and Hospice experience
  • Proficiency in Kinsser/WellSky preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

We offer a range of benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and paid time off. The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 depending on experience.
