We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team in Taos, New Mexico. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to provide high-quality patient care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
About the RoleAs a Full-Time Home Health Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients' physical abilities, creating personalized treatment plans, and providing one-on-one therapy sessions in the comfort of their own homes. Your goal will be to help patients recover from illnesses or injuries, manage chronic conditions, and maintain their overall health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' physical abilities and create personalized treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions in patients' homes
- Conduct ongoing assessments and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (DPT) from an accredited program
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Mexico
- At least 1 year of experience in home health or hospice care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
