This role requires maintaining patient confidentiality and a positive, collaborative environment while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, appropriate state licensure, and excellent communication skills to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive workplace.
About the Role- You will be responsible for collecting and recording patient care data that follows format and guidelines of the patient care service, regulatory agencies, and third-party payers.
- You will prepare for evaluations in accordance with department policies/procedures and standards of practice, including obtaining patient history, exhibiting knowledge of patient diagnoses, and researching unfamiliar diagnoses.
- You will establish treatment plans based on evaluation results, goals, and best practice, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, patients, and patient support systems.
We offer a competitive salary of $92,000 per year, plus a $7,500 sign-on bonus and up to $2,500 relocation bonus. Our benefits package includes health, dental, and vision benefits, HSA options, $10,000 term life insurance benefit, guaranteed 3 weeks PTO, 401(k) with company match, continuing education reimbursements, MedBridge membership, and yearly review for growth opportunities.
