We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy. As a rehabilitation specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing patient recovery and maximizing functional independence.

Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $70,000 per year, accompanied by a generous sign-on bonus of $7,500. Our benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA options and a 401(k) plan with company match.
Job Responsibilities- Collects and records patient care data in accordance with department policies and standards of practice.
- Develops treatment plans based on evaluation results, goals, and best practice.
- Provides education and training to patients and their support systems.
- Promotes JAG Physical Therapy in the community through lectures and presentations.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate degree preferred).
- A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state where you are applying.
- Completed state-regulated CEU requirements.
- Valid CPR certification.
