Salary:

The salary for this position is estimated at $75,000 - $105,000 per year, based on industry standards and the cost of living in our service areas. This includes a $7,500 sign-on bonus and opportunities for quarterly bonuses.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients to create personalized treatment plans that promote healing and functional independence. Your duties will include:

  • Conducting initial evaluations and reassessments to develop and modify treatment plans
  • Selecting and administering tests and measures to inform your diagnosis and treatment decisions
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective interventions
  • Providing education and training to patients and their support systems to empower them to take an active role in their recovery

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
  • Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state where you will practice
  • Completed state-regulated continuing education requirements
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Experience working with EMR software (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
  • A strong work ethic and dedication to providing exceptional patient care
