Physical Therapist: Enhance Patient Care and Outcomes

About Us: JAG Physical Therapy is a comprehensive outpatient, orthopedic physical therapy company with 100 facilities throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. Salary and Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary of up to $90,000 per year, including a $7,500 sign-on bonus and up to $2,500 relocation bonus. You will also enjoy quarterly bonuses, health, dental, and vision benefits, HSA options, and a $10,000 term life insurance benefit at no cost to employees. Additionally, you will receive guaranteed 3 weeks PTO with up to 4 weeks PTO, 401(k) with company match, continuing education reimbursements, MedBridge membership, yearly review for growth opportunities, and professional development growth tracks.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, be licensed in the state practicing in, and have completed state-regulated CEU requirements. You should also possess excellent oral and written communication skills, strong clinical decision-making skills, and the ability to work as a team member with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include collecting and recording patient care data, preparing for evaluations, administering tests and measures, synthesizing evaluation results to formulate diagnoses, goals, prognosis, and plans of care, establishing treatment plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, assessing and reassessing the need for modifications to plans of care and goals, identifying needs for consultations, referring patients to other healthcare professionals or services, initiating and completing discharge plans, providing education and training to patients and their support systems, and overseeing support staff.
