Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant or culinary environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Food Handler Certification (if applicable).
  • Basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment.
  • Able to establish positive relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
