COMPENSATION DETAILS:
$17/hr + $.45/hr shift differential

WORK SCHEDULE:
3rd Shift: 10pm-2:30am Monday-Friday or 6pm-6:30am, Continental / Block Schedule

Training will be conducted during day shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Unload raw materials from incoming shipments and organize them in designated areas.
- Verify the count of incoming materials.
- Load trucks with the appropriate raw materials.
- Check quantities of products during loading.
- Load/unload trucks with finished goods and verify amounts.
- Operate turret trucks and both propane and electric forklifts in a fast-paced environment, ensuring forklift certification.
- Supply bottles to production lines.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and manage battery/propane tank changes.
- Perform additional driving tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout the shift.
- Understand and adhere to SQF standards, ensuring food safety and quality, and report any issues to authorized personnel.
- Represent the company positively at all times.
- Be available for overtime as required.
- Follow company policies and safety regulations, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in reading and writing English, including job instructions.
- Basic computer skills are necessary.
- Must learn the basic operation of turret trucks.
- Forklift certification is required.
- Ability to lift and/or maneuver items weighing over 50 pounds occasionally.

Proficiency Level:
Possesses foundational to working knowledge of the subject matter. Performs tasks under direct supervision and addresses basic issues, referring more complex matters to higher-level staff.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with SAP is preferred.

Working Conditions:
- Physical: Continuous standing or walking with regular lifting of moderate-weight materials.
- Visual/Sensory: Requires moderate attention using one or two senses at a time.
- Work Environment: Tasks are repetitive in nature.
- Mental Stress: There is significant pressure from deadlines and production quotas.
