Adena Lakeland- Metal Fabrication Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzes detailed schematics or specifications to determine job, material, and equipment needs.
- Shapes, bends, molds, and fabricates metal components to create parts or sub-assemblies.
- Operates hand tools, machinery, torches, and welding equipment effectively.
- Joins parts and structures through welding or bolting techniques.
- Conducts routine inspections on assigned machinery and reports any defects or necessary repairs.
- Follows safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Opportunity to gain experience in operating computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines.

Position Requirements:Adena Lakeland- Metal Fabrication Specialist
Desired Qualifications/Skills:
Educational background or equivalent experience that equips the candidate with the necessary knowledge and skills for the role. Must be physically capable of handling heavy materials and tools. Required to obtain necessary training and certification for equipment operation. Valid driver's license or reliable transportation is essential. Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Capability to work independently with minimal supervision when necessary. Consistent attendance and reliability are crucial. A solid work ethic and the ability to comprehend and execute written and verbal instructions are required. Proficiency in using tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Ability to interpret technical drawings and accurately measure using a tape measure. Experience in preparing and applying primer paint is advantageous. Flexibility in shift availability as required by workload. Willingness to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed. Availability for emergency and outage work is expected.PM21
