Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Experience Lead to join our retail team in Miami. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and ensuring the highest standards of service and quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years' experience in a focused, customer-service oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear)
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals, demonstrated ability to reason through complex issues, ability to present information to large groups
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
  • Computer skills, basic knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly
