Housekeeping Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Healthcare Services Group, Inc. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.
Responsibilities- Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties, including dusting, damp mopping, and sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
- Ensure the proper use and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Report any equipment or cleaning product needs or malfunctions to the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Follow established safety and quality guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and interact positively with residents, staff, and facility guests.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
- Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.
- Must live in the service area.
