The Role:


As a Security Operations Specialist, you will uphold all protocols to guarantee a secure, equitable, and efficient operation of our facilities, while delivering exceptional guest service throughout.


Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically positioned at the facility's entrances around the clock to monitor guest activity.

- Verify the identification of individuals entering the premises in accordance with state regulations.

- Operate the Security Dispatch Center 24/7.

Officers in this role will manage phone inquiries, oversee all radio communications, monitor surveillance systems (non-gaming areas), and coordinate responses with various departments including Surveillance, Fire/EMS, and Police.

- Maintain a comprehensive CAD (computer-aided dispatch) log for all service requests.

- Oversee the Card and Destruction Room daily.

Officers will inspect and invalidate all cards and dice removed from the gaming area.

Keep detailed records of all visitors, staff, and inventory entering the Destruction Room.

- Manage the Badging Office, creating and updating C-Cure badges for employees, vendors, and guests. Ensure all logs are maintained in the CAD system and monitor surveillance cameras (non-gaming areas).

- Possess thorough knowledge of all Bally's facilities.

- Assist guests by providing information and directing them to appropriate resources for assistance.


- May patrol parking areas, valet services, and the exterior of the casino, as well as manage employee badge distribution and temporary badge issuance.


- Report any hazardous or unsafe conditions that could pose risks to guests or staff to security personnel immediately.

- Perform additional duties as assigned by a supervisor.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in reading and writing English.

- Minimum age of 18 years.

- Availability for overnight shifts.

- Previous customer service experience is preferred.

License Requirements:
- Valid Gaming License from the Rhode Island Department of Business Regulations.

- Serve Safe Certification.

- Rhode Island Driver Operator License.

Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, climb, carry, hear, bend, and stoop.

- Manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential.

- Regular use of eye-hand coordination.

Working Conditions:
- Exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and environmental conditions.

- Rotating shifts with potential contact with aggressive individuals.

- Work in environments that may range from moderate to loud noise levels.
