About the Role

Bally's Corporation is a leading entertainment company seeking a skilled Cash Handling Specialist to join our team. As a Cash Handling Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the daily reconciliation and replenishment of funds for our Cage Redemption equipment, safeguarding the company's assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Count and balance all SRU funds daily to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory policies.
  • Utilize the Drop Slip to input information onto the Technology Team Worksheet, gathering pertinent data for balancing purposes.
  • Sort cash and tickets using the Glory UW100B, and count cash using the Jetscan to balance SRU.
  • Swap out used cassettes for newly impressed cassettes, and troubleshoot SRU's as needed.
  • Conduct Manual Pays to guests when necessary, adhering to all Company and Departmental Policies and Procedures.
  • Attend mandatory training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
  • Properly operate a motorized tug towing a single pull cart, and fill or drop coin in SRUs (maximum weight 12.6 lbs).
  • Comply with Departmental Standards, and complete other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all applicable Title 31 requirements and complete and pass annual testing.
Requirements
  • Two years of coin/currency handling experience.
  • Must be extremely numbers-oriented and computer-literate.
  • Must have knowledge of 10-key and balancing.
  • Must be able to communicate in a clear, friendly manner.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.

Target Salary Range: $22.60 per hour
