Job Summary

Landsea Homes is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of HR Representative & Office Coordinator. This position plays a vital role in implementing, maintaining, and promoting our company culture through effective employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office-related tasks, including phone handling, mail management, supply ordering, and maintaining office and kitchen supplies.
  • Coordinate meetings and presentations, including catering and venue selection.
  • Administer office access control and parking, and oversee office safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with Corporate HR and Talent Acquisition on recruiting processes, including job ad posting and conducting interviews.
  • Manage employee transitions, including new hire requisitions, onboarding, pre-employment screenings, and terminations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries on topics such as payroll, benefits, PTO, and employment verifications.
  • Coordinate IT user permissions, equipment provision, and updates.
  • Champion division philanthropic efforts and collaborate with the marketing team to amplify impact.
  • Assist various departments and perform additional tasks as requested.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of Clerical/Administrative experience in a fast-paced office setting.
  • Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, being flexible, proactive, and efficient.
  • Team player with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Physical and Travel Requirements

This is a primarily sedentary position. Occasional bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, and carrying office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less may be required. Finger dexterity is necessary for operating a computer keyboard. Public contact is expected, and appropriate business apparel and professional appearance are required.

This is a full-time, in-office position. Occasional travel may be required. A valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance are required at all times.
