Our organization is seeking a Customer Support Representative. This position plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service standards and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within a fast-paced project environment.
This position requires onsite presence.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Support Representative
- Address customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels with professionalism and efficiency.
- Diagnose issues and offer prompt solutions to customers, ensuring a smooth service experience.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company offerings and software tools to effectively assist customers.
- Record customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints for ongoing improvement.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams to report persistent issues and recommend enhancements.
- Relay customer feedback to relevant departments to help refine customer services and project results.
Qualifications for the Customer Support Representative
- Demonstrated experience in customer service or call center roles.
- Reliable and capable of managing responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
- Exhibits strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in various software applications and quick to learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- A high school diploma is required; additional education or certification in customer service or related fields is advantageous.
Compensation: $18-$22/hr. (Depending on Experience)
