About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Representative to join our team at Schwan's Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-order sales of Schwan's Consumer Brands products for delivery to existing customers
  • Route may include working with large retail grocery chain stores, as well as regional and independent grocery stores
  • Provide product forecasts for upcoming promotions
  • Build business relationships to increase sales
  • Generate new orders and promote new products
  • Maintain product display space, set up new promotional displays, merchandise and rotate product
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with store personnel, and resolve any customer issues

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Reliable transportation
  • Access to a smart phone with cellular service for text and talking
  • One or more years of sales related experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous grocery or DSD experience
