- Credit Analysis: Conduct thorough credit analysis and provide recommendations for loan approvals, ensuring sound credit and risk judgment.
- Client Service: Provide responsive, quality service to clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeded.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor and analyze relationship results and account activities, determining client profitability and making recommendations for further development or elimination.
- Business Development: Identify business opportunities and solicit referrals of other Bank products or services, working with internal and external stakeholders to provide solutions to clients.
- Communication: Develop strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, communicating effectively to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of lending experience and 5 years of credit experience required.
- Skills: Good understanding of commercial credit policies and procedures, bank operations policies and procedures, sales and marketing abilities, credit analysis and accounting skills, and strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
City National Bank offers a competitive compensation package, including a starting base salary of $122,535 - $208,715 per year, with the potential for bonus and/or commissions. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
