Job Summary

The Louisiana SPCA Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Mardi Gras Campus, including animal care, enrichment, and adoption programs. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for animal welfare.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of supervisory experience in animal shelters, with a proven track record of reducing length of stay and increasing live release rates. A bachelor's degree or relevant experience is required, along with a valid State of Louisiana driver's license and ability to pass a criminal background check.
