About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Associate to join our team at Beacon Pointe Advisors. As a Client Service Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely updates on client service items.
  • Custodial Management: Monitor daily custodial alerts, resolve issues, and facilitate account updates.
  • Record Keeping: Record client inquiries, service changes, and other relevant information in our CRM system.
  • Communication: Prepare and communicate custodian paperwork, facilitate account updates, and provide timely updates to clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Meet regularly with relationship managers and associate wealth advisors to prioritize workload, provide timely updates, and escalate potential issues.
  • Operational Support: Assist with preparation of meeting presentation materials, document meeting follow-up, and take ownership of specific operational tasks.
  • Team Participation: Participate in team meetings and collaborate with operations leadership on projects and initiatives designed to streamline firm policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Education: Four-year college degree (Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics preferred).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Team Environment: Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, etc.).
