Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, ensuring follow-up as necessary.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to clients. This includes addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy modifications, claims processing, and billing inquiries.

Compensation

As a valued team member, you will receive a competitive hourly wage along with commission and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for the role that insurance and financial products play in assisting individuals to manage everyday risks, recover from unforeseen events, and achieve their aspirations.
  • Self-driven and motivated to excel.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
  • Strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.
  • Possession of a valid Property & Casualty License or the ability to obtain one.
