Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement corrective plans of action for wellbore operations.
- Source and procure specialized tools and equipment to support fishing and rental services.
- Supervise rig crews in the operation of fishing tools and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Perform daily maintenance on equipment and prepare accurate paperwork and reports.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Yellowjacket's product lines and services.
- High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three years of experience in downhole fishing tool operations.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting.
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and adapt to changing priorities and emergency situations.
