Service Desk Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Desk Technician to join our IT team at AirPro Diagnostics. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support and solutions for our team members and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Configure and troubleshoot desktop computers, software, and hardware.
- Deploy and maintain VoIP phones and tablet software.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing department for tool building and deployment.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a call-center or telephone customer service environment.
- Basic computer building and repair skills.
- Active Directory experience required.
- Microsoft Office Applications and Windows Desktop Support.
