About the Role

The IT Service Desk Team Lead will oversee the daily operations of our help desk team, ensuring that all IT incidents and requests are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule tasks and coordinate with various team members to accomplish results.
  • Manage vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
  • Conduct project meetings and is responsible for project tracking, analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience (or commensurate experience).
  • 8+ years leading help desk and service desk teams.
