We're seeking a skilled Treasury Management Client Care Advisor to join our team at Fifth Third Bank. As a trusted advisor, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of top revenue-generating clients, providing exceptional service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage client relationships, identifying opportunities to deepen client engagement and drive revenue growth.
  • Utilize data analytics to optimize client retention, improve revenue, and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless service and product implementation.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, using insights to inform service improvements and drive business results.
  • Manage risk associated with high-risk transactions, ensuring compliance with Client Care Policy and Procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of banking experience, preferably in commercial banking and Treasury Management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to adapt to complex, uncertain situations.
  • Ability to analyze information, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions.

Working Conditions:

Normal office environment with minimal exposure to dust, noise, and temperature fluctuations.

Extended viewing of a CRT screen.

Some travel required.
