About the Role

The Accounts Payable Coordinator will play a crucial role in the Accounting team at Creative Financial Staffing. This position reports to the Accounting Manager and will work closely with other team members to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and approve all vouchers for payment to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and send invoice deduction notices as necessary to maintain positive vendor relationships.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and process accounts payable checks to ensure timely payment.
  • Generate and maintain accurate accounts payable reports and files.
  • Conduct analysis of accounts as required to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist with monthly closings and provide support as needed.
  • Collaborate with the accounts receivable team on special projects and tasks as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in accounts payable or a related field.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience.
  • Solid computer skills and proficiency in accounting software.
