Molex LLC is seeking a Senior Trade and Customs Operations Specialist to maintain compliance with all applicable AME trade regulations and laws. This position interacts regularly with internal and external individuals at many levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess products for PGA applicability, ADD/CVD, section 301, 232 applicability, TSCA, and various import restrictions.
  • Provide clearance instructions to the customs broker.
  • Monitor post-entry audit and corrections done by the CoE team.
  • Prepare responses for CF 28/29 and liquidation damage notices.
  • Implement, update, maintain, and monitor trade compliance policies, procedures, SOPs, and guidelines.
  • Interact with multifunctional groups in distribution, legal, outside service providers, management, procurement, engineering, transfer teams, and others.
  • Support trade compliance projects, developing dashboards, metrics, reports, and other initiatives.
  • Organize and maintain regulatory required recordkeeping.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with US Import Operations.
  • Experience in HTS/Schedule B/ECCN classification, COO, valuation, Incoterms, Free Trade Agreements, determining ADD/CVD, PGA applicability.
  • Bachelor's degree in international business.
  • US Customs Broker License/CCS.
  • Experience in drawback, reconciliation, import, export restrictions, license determinations, and SAP.
