Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freelance HR Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Human Resources team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, maintaining accurate employee records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end administrative support for the onboarding process, including I-9 verification and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with offsite employees and serve as a point of contact for troubleshooting
  • Maintain and file employee forms in employee records through the use of HRIS systems
  • Complete employment verifications and generate reports on HR data as needed
  • Respond to daily inquiries and requests from employees at all levels
  • Assist Senior HR staff with special projects and provide support to the HR Operations team
  • Lead quarterly audits in partnership with the Payroll team

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience or strong internships in a related field
  • Self-directed, quick study, detail-oriented, follow-through, resourceful, and client-service oriented
  • Comfort with systems/technology, including HRIS, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to adapt to change and deal with ambiguity

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $22-25 per hour, with the opportunity for professional growth and development within Omnicom Health Group.
