The Organizational Development Manager plays a critical role in driving business success by designing and implementing employee development programs that enhance performance, engagement, and retention. Key Responsibilities- Directs needs assessments to identify training and staff development opportunities that drive business results.
- Measures the effectiveness of training programs and materials, incorporating best practices and lessons learned into program plans.
- Provides advisory services to employees at all levels, including subject matter experts, to facilitate internal training programs.
- Identifies and evaluates external vendors and facilitators to meet business needs.
- Facilitates communication among employees and management through development plans and performance improvement conversations.
- Consults with management on performance development and improvement opportunities, conducting needs assessments to enhance employee job performance and operational/departmental performance.
- Leads the design, development, and implementation of programs, procedures, and strategies tailored to meet learning and development needs and program goals.
- Directs eLearning initiatives, including development and procurement.
- Provides consultative services to business units regarding mentoring and developing employees.
- Responsible for program development and oversight of Alberici's new hire training program, Technical Training, Field Supervision training, and Leadership programs.
- Prepares and assesses Alberici's talent review and succession planning processes.
- Responsible for special projects as assigned by the Director and Vice President.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field and five to ten years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or related field a plus.
- SPHR certification strongly recommended.
