Job Title: Manager, Business Analyst, Learning and Development

Job Summary:

KPMG is seeking a Manager, Business Analyst, Learning and Development to join our Advisory Learning and Development organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing data strategies to support Learning and Development objectives, improving training effectiveness, and collaborating with Learning and Development teams to identify and report on KPIs/insights that enable leaders to make data-driven decisions and solutions around learning needs.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement data strategies to support Learning and Development objectives
* Improve training effectiveness
* Collaborate with Learning and Development teams to identify and report on KPIs/insights that enable leaders to make data-driven decisions and solutions around learning needs
* Provide consultation and expertise across Learning and Development, and the business by supplying requestors with the data they need using the best tool for each specific request, whether the tool is a dashboard, report, or an analysis
* Utilize data engineering/automation for data preparation, blending, and advanced analytics to streamline Learning and Development processes and enhance insights
* Present insights, findings, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:

* Minimum six years of recent experience in a related business analyst capacity
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, or a related field; advanced degree from an accredited college/university preferred
* Expertise in data visualization, data analytics, and process automation, including AI
* Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals; excellent relationship and project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines, manage heavy workloads, and prioritize tasks
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills; proven initiative, positive attitude, team-oriented, and self-motivated
