We are currently looking for a Customer Service Associate who possesses strong interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor. This role involves managing incoming calls to the dealership, assessing the nature of inquiries, and directing callers to the appropriate departments. Additionally, the position requires basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with routine financial processes, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately calculate customer bills using the dealership's software
  • Process payments from customers, including cash, checks, and credit cards, and document transactions
  • Provide change and issue receipts to customers
  • Answer incoming calls and efficiently route customers to the correct department
  • Address customer concerns with professionalism and escalate issues as necessary
  • Operate the telephone switchboard
  • Engage with callers in a courteous and efficient manner, aiming to reduce wait times
  • Assist management with various administrative tasks as required
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues
  • Become familiar with departmental structures and internal processes to assist customers effectively
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to effectively communicate customer needs to management and sales teams
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
