We are currently in search of a Customer Service Associate who possesses outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor. Additionally, the position requires basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with routine financial operations, including accounts receivable and payable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately calculate customer bills using the dealership's software
  • Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions, documenting payments on repair orders or service tickets
  • Provide change and issue receipts to customers
  • Manage phone calls, directing customers to the correct department and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Address customer concerns with professionalism and refer issues to the appropriate personnel for resolution
  • Operate the switchboard telephone system
  • Engage with callers in a courteous and efficient manner, aiming to reduce wait times
  • Assist management with various administrative tasks as required
  • Maintain a friendly, professional, and efficient demeanor while interacting with customers and colleagues
  • Familiarize yourself with departmental structures and internal processes to assist customers effectively
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to convey customer needs and preferences to management and sales teams
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
