Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dining Room Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the dining room, ensuring seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Collaborate with the Dining Services Director to develop and implement effective service strategies and procedures.
  • Lead and motivate a team of food service staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and vendors to ensure seamless service and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of food inventory, menu planning, and resident feedback.
Requirements
  • Must have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Must have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Must have basic reporting and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Must have a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
