**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Building Supervisor to provide exceptional customer service, maintain daily programmatic and facility operations, and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Job Details:
  • **Salary:** $20.00 Hourly
  • **Job Type:** Temporary Seasonal
  • **Department:** Parks, Recreation & Waterfront
  • **Division:** Rec Facilities
Responsibilities:
  • Opening and closing facility and individual spaces within the facility
  • Greeting public and program participants
  • Providing facility information
  • Collecting payments and participation waivers
  • Setting up and breaking down rooms for events, programs, and meetings
  • Acting as liaison with staff and visitors
  • Light custodial duties as needed, including cleaning and restocking restrooms, emptying trash and recycling, cleaning/organizing kitchen, sweeping and mopping floors
Qualifications:
  • Ability to actively support City diversity, equity, and cultural competency efforts within stated job responsibilities and work effectively across diverse cultures and constituencies
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion as evidenced by ongoing trainings and professional development
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to work with a diverse population of facility users
  • Evening and weekend availability is required, as is the ability to work flexible work assignments and hours
