Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining a Safe and Secure Environment: Ensure the safety and security of customers and associates by maintaining a high level of awareness on the sales floor, correcting or reporting any unsafe conditions or practices, and securing the building and its contents.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by treating all customers with respect, demonstrating courtesy and friendliness, and recognizing associates using company recognition programs.
  • Personal and Store Brand: Represent and support the company brand at all times, maintain a professional appearance, and ensure all associates adhere to the company dress code.
  • General Merchandising: Ensure recovery, sizing, and markdowns are completed to company standards, process merchandise with a sense of urgency, and maintain a clean and organized stockroom.
  • Loss Prevention: Understand and comply with the loss prevention awareness program, maintain a high level of awareness on the sales floor, and safeguard confidential information and merchandise.
  • Front End Supervision and Operations: Execute company best practices, maximize productivity, and ensure associates are executing to company standards at the front end.
  • Fitting Rooms: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the fitting rooms, ensure all garment tags are audited and accounted for, and ensure go-back compliance throughout the day.
  • Administrative Duties: Ensure cash pulls and bank deposits are conducted to company policy, responsible for front-end control, and perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
