Job Description

About the Role:

As a Sales Consultant with Bath Experts, you will have the opportunity to join a highly motivated team who are passionate about providing the best customer experience and making an impact in our communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home sales consultations to provide custom design options and estimates for bath remodel projects
  • Demonstrate our products and services to homeowners while following a proven in-home sales methodology
  • Complete all paperwork and financing documentation accurately
  • Attend weekly team meetings and individual & group training workshops (virtual and in-person)
  • Follow up with our sales operations and install teams to ensure successful completion of customer projects

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience preferred
  • Ability to close sales utilizing a proven one call close methodology
  • Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments on evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to routinely lift/move items weighing up to 25lbs
  • Strong verbal communication skills; ability to communicate upward concisely
  • Ability to use competitive drive and determination to meet and exceed sales targets
