Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager

The Assistant Branch Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Branch Manager in achieving the business goals of Coldwell Banker's local brokerage offices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Branch Manager in agent retention efforts, training, and coaching sales agents on business strategy, growth, tools, and programs.
  • Assist in the recruitment of new and experienced sales agents through cold-calling, referrals, emailing, and networking events.
  • Provide guidance and direction to agents on sales transactions and lead office-wide sales agent meetings to accelerate growth and achieve exceptional results.
  • Help drive the adoption of CB tools and services by implementing strategies implemented by leadership.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of Real Estate sales experience.
  • Valid Real Estate License in the applicable state required.
  • Demonstrates proficiency with technology and the ability to navigate multiple systems/tools.
  • Experience in recruiting, training, coaching, and leading people is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
