Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Completing a six to nine month training program to develop your leadership skills
  • Working with the Branch Manager to build a motivated sales and service team
  • Developing team members through one-on-one coaching sessions and holding them accountable for overall performance
  • Maximizing customer relationships through proactive efforts, including community events and business networking

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree with one year of demonstrated sales achievement or a High School Diploma/GED with five years of demonstrated sales achievement
  • Retail Banking experience is preferred
  • One year of managerial or supervisory experience is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to travel as needed for training
